Boaty,
I am strictly a lover not a fighter, but have been in the company of those that, how shall I put it, are perfectly happy to look after themselves on a match day and have been grateful for it.
With regards to tear ups there are three types:
1) Proper vocal, edgy and always follow through.
2) Talk quielly but carry a big stick (one of them close on this thread as it happens)
3) Mouthy bullshit merchants who are like an annoying terrier, unpredictable, most likely to kick it off then skulk off and leave you in the thick of it.
